Training program for supporting a COTS data warehousing solution for public school districts

About the Project

A 4 day instructor led course designed and developed to teach support staff how to support and administer a COTS data warehousing solution for public school districts.   The course was administered to employees in a classroom setting, course contend was developed and delivered to the client in DVD format containing various reference documents including, video of the training sessions., web portal, and presentation material.
